Looking for kitchen/bath designers or architects

Hello wonderful neighbors: Many of your wrote with recommendations for great contractors when I started to think about remodeling my kitchen. Now I'd like to add a bathroom to my third floor and am looking for someone who designs both kitchens and bathrooms in the neighborhood. Have any of you worked with a good designer or architect to remodel your wonderful old houses? I have a Dutch colonial that is about 100 years old...
