Hello, My husband and I are looking for housing as we are returning to school in Oakland this fall.  We have 2 cats who are both well behaved, fixed and neutered. and are quiet and in our 30s'.  We are looking for a 1-2 bedroom place with washer dryer hook up & and kitchen appliances.  We will need 2 parking spots.  We love to do yardwork and garden, so an outside area would be ideal.
