Conversations and Community each session will feature wise women who have found ways to anchor and sustain themselves
spiritually in the midst of these times. During the coming months, join us to hear Barbara Brown Taylor, Lerita Coleman Brown, Mihee-Kim-Kort,
Carrie Newcomer, Joan Prentice, and Chanequa Walker-Barnes. Think of each session as a “micro-retreat,” a time set apart, including conversation, practices, community, and an experience of the gifts each of these women will
bring.
Nov. 10-12
Annual Schaff Lectures – a bit different this year. We are hosting a three-evening series with
the Rev. Dr. Sarah Coakley, honorary professor at the Logos Institute, St. Andrews University,
who will speak about Sin, Racism, and the Challenge of Contemplation: A Theological Proposal.
