Hi, I’ve recently moved into the lovely Highland Park and am offering private French tutoring for children and adults starting from Sep 17.

After my first degree from Oxford University I trained as a French teacher at the University of Canterbury. For the last three years I have taught French in a London high school.

As a fully qualified French teacher I can design a course of lessons to suit your personal needs whatever your level and goals. Some common goals are:  

- Starting from scratch: vocabulary and key phrases

- Learning how to get by on your holiday

- Help with French essays and writing

- Practicing your conversational French

- Speaking exam preparation  

- Understanding and practicing French grammar

I offer a free, introductory first session so that we can meet and discuss what you’d like to get from tutoring. If you then decide that you want to proceed then lessons cost $30/hr.

I will be out of Pittsburgh from Sep 4 until Sep 15 but am available to meet next week at your convenience.
