Hi neighbors,

We’re so excited to share that our 6-week Tai Chi in the Park series is returning this spring—starting Saturday, May 10 at 9:00 AM in Highland Park! 🌿

This series is open to all levels, whether you're brand new or already familiar with Tai Chi. Each class focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and building balance—physically and mentally.

We'll be meeting on the left side of the main water fountain at the park entrance and practicing outdoors surrounded by trees, fresh air, and good energy. 🌞

You can join us in two ways:
✔️ Drop-in: $20 per class
✔️ Full series (6 weeks): $105 (save $15!)

Classes will be held every Saturday at 9:00 AM, and if we miss any due to weather, we’ll extend the series accordingly.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, flat-soled shoes, and water. That’s it!
