[Highland Park] Fennel bulb, anyone?

Our family subscribes to a CSA, and we love everything we get- except the fennel- We even have some frozen "just in case" - But we received two more big bulbs today, and would love to give it away to someone for Christmas turkey stuffing, or whatever, rather than compost it.
