We have had outstanding results from Mike Kennedy of Kennedy construction
who renovated our third floor bathroom and painted the study. The bathroom
was completely gutted, pipes moved around, etc. and re-done with wonderful
results. He is now in the process of bidding on stucco repair and painting
and repairing wood on the outside of our house. After that is our master
bath.

I recommend (and architect Paul Roseblatt of Springboard recommended to me) Rich Joyce, 412.882.2895 or 412.292.7019. I regret not hiring him as a general contractor for my kitchen/bath remodel (and went with my out-of-work neighbor instead...) Rich is prompt, fair, reasonably priced and was gracious about cleaning up after the other guy. He also redid an exterior wall, installed a new door, installed windows, siding, etc.

kitchen a couple of years ago, which involved taking out a wall and a
