[Highland Park] Reservoir tours?

I'm a chemistry teacher and I was wondering if it's possible to get a tour of the reservoir and the water filtering facilities? If anybody knows of whom I should contact about a tour, please let me know. We'd like to have the tour within the next couple of weeks while it's still warm outside, so the sooner the better! Thanks.
