Hi!<br><br>As I went to run yesterday and today to Highland Park I saw this black pit. Yesterday I thought he was with someone but after today I am sure that he is lost.<br>He is a small dog, black with a white belly,  very thin and scared. I tried to get close to him but he would not allow that. <br>
<br>If you know whose dog he could be or know of someone who would want to adopt him it would be great. He looks like he needs a lot of care.<br><br>I will be trying to feed him a bit and get closer to him in the upcoming days.<br>
