Has anyone else had extremely high PWSA bills due to sewage maintenance/treatment charges, not water consumption, listed on their bill? I have tried to get through to PWSA for an explanation of this charge of over $60 this month and almost the same last month but have been waiting on hold for a long time with 12 people ahead of me. I wrote to our local representative about my general concerns about PWSA. Any other suggestions HP neighbors?
