Thank you to those of  you who responded with a diverse array of opinions regarding the snow removal,etc. That is probably what makes our area so unique!  So, from what I gather here are the appropriate channels to go thru to formally express any satisfaction/complaint:

 

1.  The 311 line if you can get thru

2.  The 311 form availbable on line

3.  Our district councilman Patrick Dowd's office # 412-255-2140

4.  public works division for street treatment 412-255-2621

5. In the future, there are council on the go meetings, to express overall community concerns in addition to this.  I believe the dates for these do come over this web site.
