Family Law guidance

Is there anyone who is knowledgeable or familiar with family law, specifically custody or support issues, available to help me understand the steps I need to take to begin a case? Someone who is able to give me step by step information on who to contact first and when, what forms I need to fill out or prepare, etc. I've spoken to 3 attorneys thus far who were of no help and/or never called me back. It's all very confusing and overwhelming for me. Thank you, Sara
