As stated, I am looking for a real estate attorney to look over my commercial lease here at the store and advise me. The building here at 5901 has been up for sale for probably 6 months and I need to know my exposure. My lease was drawn up by the previous owner of the store and is not what I would call up to snuff, politely speaking. Any help would be appreciated.
