Sunday at 4am my catalytic converter was stolen from my 2009 Prius. I heard a loud scrap and ran to the window but they were gone in under 3 minutes. My neighbor called the police and a report was filed. The police said it is an escalating problem. 1100 block of Heberton. Very frustrating! Lynn Raith
