I'm looking for options for leasing a furnished efficiency or small 1-bedroom apartment in Highland Park, Shadyside or other nearby neighborhood for 2-3 months this summer.  I am looking for my parents, so the search is limited to buildings that do NOT have a lot of stairs (elevators are OK) and have easy access to nearby parking.

 

Does anyone know if any of the larger buildings in Shadyside offer furnished apartments with short-term leases? There are so many different management companies that I wasn't sure where to start.
