We are selling a retractable awning.  The previous homeowners purchased the awning in 2002.  It is an 11 ft Sunsetter Retractable Awning, Model 1000; color Evergreen.  They paid $700 for it and we're looking to sell it for $300.  Pictures are attached. Price is negotiable.
