UCLA LONGEVITY CENTER MEMORY TRAINING PROGRAM

This innovative, research-based program is for adults over age 60.  The four-week program focuses on strategies that develop good memory habits and  techniques to improve memory. The course targets the four most common memory complaints:
Forgetting names and faces
Forgetting to do things in the future—like keeping an appointment, passing on a phone message or forgetting why you walked into a room.
Forgetting where you put things—like keys, glasses, wallet
Knowing something you can’t immediately recall… or “tip of the tongue” memory challenges
MEMORY TRAINING PROGRAM WILL BE OFFERED:
Fridays March 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 10:30am-12:30 pm
JFCS—5743 Bartlett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217
There is a fee of $35 for the 4-week session
Materials and snacks provided
