Hello all,

Starting on Monday 28 July, there will be two exercise programs I will be participating in.  Anyone, at any level, is welcome.

 

Weekday Mornings:

5:30AM – Jogging (Plan on about an hour.)

Meet at the top of the stairs at the reservoir (near the fountain.)

 

Monday and Tuesday evenings:

8:00PM – Sit-ups, Push-ups, etc. (Plan on 45 minutes or less.)

Meet at the fountain.
