The Perfect Health Lifestyle Program is a program of daily wellness founded on the 5,000 year-old healing system of medicine know as Ayurveda. Ayurveda states that health is not just the absence of disease; it is physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Developed by Deepak Chopra, MD, and David Simon, MD, The Perfect Health Lifestyle Program teaches students a powerful regimen of Ayurvedic practices and techniques designed to:

The fall retreat is located at The Nuin Center in Highland Park, for two weekends (Nov 5-6, Nov 19-20), 9:00 am - Noon each day.
