My first post had the wrong street! It is Bellefonte, not Copeland!

A new restaurant opened in Shadyside called Pangea. It is on Bellefonte Street (where the old Pasta Piatta was).

We went there this weekend and it was great. They are open for lunch and dinner, Tues-Sun. The website is Pangea-Shadyside.com. They told me that the website is going to be updated soon, but the menu will not change substantially.

It may not be a *Highland Park* restaurant, but it is still a new East End business, opened by local Pittsburgh people, so support it!!

If you are out and about in Shadyside, go in for lunch, a drink, tapas, dinner, etc. Our meals were wonderful!!
