Hello,

I will be starting an AmeriCorps service year at a nonprofit located near where Children's Hospital is and I am looking for a nearby apartment.  I need a 1 bedroom apartment that is less than $500/month ($400-$450 is ideal considering how low the AC stipend is.)  I could pay a little more if utilities are included with the rent.  If anyone knows of any apartments that would be available September 1, 2011 I would greatly appreciate if you could let me know.
