Our trees along the street were recently trimmed near the power lines.Now there is a painted blue spot on one of the trees. A similar spot is on a tree across the street that wasn&#39;t trimmed and another spot is on our neighbor&#39;s fence which is along an alley. Any ideas what the spots mean?<br>
