I talked to Manchester Farms, and they are the only local farm producing organic milk from grass fed cows. Would anyone be interested? The owner explains that it is the old fashioned experience with the cream on top. Right now it only comes in whole milk, but very soon they will have a skim product. They are located in Avella in Washington County.
