We are offering some new classes for Mother's Day.  Treat your mom, friend, or significant other to a Mother's Day High Tea or Mother's Day Brunch.  Just make sure that your guest likes to cook as they will help prepare all the foods for the class.  Guaranteed to be 'something different' and 'something special' that they will enjoy and always remember!

 

Strawberry soup, tomato basil bread pudding, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, savory crepes with wild mushrooms and crème fraiche, cinnamon walnut scones, and lemon crème brulee with lemon almond lace cookies and fresh seasonal berries.

 

Scones with clotted cream and jam, cream puffs filled with deviled ham and pecans, cucumber tea sandwiches with salmons cream cheese roses, smoked turkey sandwiches with arugula mayonnaise, raspberry swirl cookies, lemon cream puffs, strawberries dipped in chocolate, plus a variety of Stash teas.
