We used lux ornamental they put all our railings in, the front and back and also our two fire escapes.

We used Lux Ornamental Iron Works recently for a railing.  They did a nice job and were reasonably priced.

I suggest Fred Zottola at Zottola Fab.  724-221-4488.  He's great but often has commercial work and may not be available.  But really worth a try.

Several years ago, we used Colin Carrier, a Highland park resident and amazing metalwork artist, to do our rather basic railing at our home at 6479 Jackson St. (we have since moved). I highly recommend Colin. He was trustworthy, he listened well, and he cared a lot about his work. He has also done metal railings for a number of the new housing buildings in East Liberty. I can't say enough good things about him!

Try LondonPattern.com and you'll need go no further! The owner, Colin, is a Highland Park neighbor and I found him some years back when another HP neighbor recommended him for iron railings too. He did some wrought iron design work for a security door & some windows for me and he is excellent. He was competent, honest, fairly priced and always showed up to do the work promised. His website tells much about him and his work. I highly recommend him.
