A friend is moving back to Pittsburgh for a new job and looking for a studio or small 1BR in the city (preferably East End), close to buslines that run Downtown. Their budget is tight, hoping to stay under $800/month if possible. If you know of any units that may be coming online in or around Highland Park in the near future, please let me know and I'll pass the info along.
