While we&#39;re doing hair recommendations, how about manicures/pedicures?  Recommendations for salons or specific people would be great.  Highland Park, Morningside, Oakland, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Aspinwall, or reasonably close areas, please, there&#39;s only so far I&#39;m willing to schlep for pretty fingernails.<div>
