[Highland Park] Sunday night yoga at Nuin Center

Yoga With Adrienne, Mixed Levels Nuin Center, Bryant St. in Highland Park 12 Sundays, June 9th through August 25th. 6:00-7:30 p.m. $144 for the 12 week session, or $15 drop-in fee. This mixed levels yoga class is perfect for beginner students as well as skilled practitioners. Classes includes: variations on the sun salutation, standing and seated postures, beginning inversions and arm balances, deep relaxation and seated meditation. Having taught for 15 years, Adrienne can provide a variation or modification for students at any level, while giving plenty of individual attention and guidance.
