This striking dress with portrait neckline comes from Anya Ponorovskaya in NoLiTa (NYC) . https://www.anyaponorovskaya.com/ I love it but find I don't wear it. Size 4, more like a 2 through the waist. Button detailing down the back. Fully lined. Lightweight, hand-sewn details, quality, exc. cond. is there a femme on list who might enjoy?
