and you will prepare a complete 6 course meal
March 5 Italian: $65.00/6:00-9:00 PM
Arancini (deep fried risotto balls) with marinara, shrimp Marsala over
creamy polenta, herb salad with pancetta crisps, homemade gnocchi with peas,
prosciutto & chanterelle mushrooms, and individual budinis for dessert
(strawberries & marsala cream).
March 9 Date Night Dining: BYOB, $130 per
couple/6:00-10:00 PM 2 seats

spinach artichoke fondue, rosemary crusted rack of lamb
with balsamic glaze and red grapes, sweet potato soufflé, spinach salad and a
peach-blueberry crumble tart with ice cream.
March 13 Chinese: $60.00/6:00-9:00 PM 2 seats available
Orange chicken, beef wontons with a plum sauce, cashew
coated pork slices with a peach ginger sauce, stir fry of pork with lychees,
pineapple, & onions in a spicy sauce, and shrimp fried
rice.
EASTER IN ITALY: $75.00,
BYOB
Bellini cocktail, stracciatella (soup), egg stuffed
Easter bread, roasted leg of lamb, ravioli with lemon cream sauce, peas, and
asparagus plus a salad of fresh artichokes and baby greens with a
lemon vinaigrette and frico chips. After dinner we will decorate a
traditional lamb cake for dessert!

Minted lamb and mushroom kebabs, fig and orange salad, Moroccan flatbread,
sweet cinnamon couscous, chicken tagine with almonds and apricots, b'stilla
(sweet chicken and nut pie in phyllo dough), mint tea and Moroccan spiced
coffee.
March 20 Tapas & Paella:$70.00/6:00-9:00 PM 3 seats available
Endive leaves stuffed with
oranges, olives, almonds, parsley & honey, baked Spanish onions with almonds
and Cabrales blue cheese, fried cheese sandwiches with Manchego cheese and
quince paste, chicken and chorizo empanadas, paella with chorizo, mussels,
chicken, shrimp and saffron rice, sangria, and Spanish flan with oranges.
March 21 Mexican: $65.00/6:00-9:00

tortilla soup, spicy pepperjack quesadillas, flautas, chicken with
chocolate mole sauce over rice, jicama-mango salad and tres leches cake with
whipped topping and fresh berries for dessert.
March 26 Pierogies & Polish Favorites: $65.00/6:00-9:00

A variety of pierogies, stuffed cabbage, borscht (soup), haluski, and
paczki (polish donuts) for dessert.
March 27 Greek: $65.00/6:00-9:00 PM 5

Greek lemon orzo soup, spanakopita appetizers, lamb lettuce wraps,
pastitsio (lasagna with ground beef), Greek panzanella salad, and baklava for
dessert.

wedding soup, bruschetta, mixed greens salad with
Parmesan frico chips, osso bucco over creamy polenta, and a white Russian
tiramisu for dessert.
April 10 Chinese: $60.00/6:00-9:00 PM
wonton soup, cold Szechuan peanut noodles, Hunan shrimp with black
beans, honey hoisin ribs, pork pot stickers with chili sauce and happy
family with a variety of Chinese vegetables.
April 12 Date Night Dining: BYOB, $130.00
