Dear Neighbors,
I was walking two medium dogs down Sheridan Street at 7:30 p.m. and was about to turn onto Jackson when I looked into a car parked facing the wrong way on Sheridan.  I stopped to look because I noticed the man in the car didn't have a shirt on.  Then I saw the needles.  Young woman, early twenties, late teens, long dark straight hair just about to depress the plunger.  Young dark haired thin shirtless male in passenger seat doing the same.  I stopped, backed up, confirmed that I saw the needles and banged on the window.  She slowly looked up at me.  I yelled at them to get out of our neighborhood.  I also yelled some things I can't write in a public forum. I didn't have my cell or else I would have photographed them and their license plate.  The car was a tan pontiac looking sedan at least 6 years old.  The license plate had HY as the first two letters.  So, they glanced at me and drove off stoned out of their minds right up Sheridan St.

I was SO ANGRY!

Please keep a look out.
