I bought my father a Cabela's 5# sausage stuffer for Christmas without knowing he had already purchased one.  It was bought at the Steubenville Cabelas and before I go to the trouble to return it there I thought I would try and sell it first.  It is Cabelas model K-519338 which can process three different sizes of sausage (from hot sticks to summer sausage).  Asking $50.
