All are welcomed to Our Monday 4:30 - 6:00 YOGA class at the First Unitarian Church of Pittsburgh. Spring session begins May 2. The church  is located on the corner of Ellsworth and Morewood Avenues. Parking on Morewood and Ellsworth is free due to a city ordinance given to the church.

                This class was formally held at the Nuin center for the past 9 years or so. Our new location has a garden view and is a quiet and peaceful environment conducive to yoga practice.

                 This class is suitable for all levels. Relaxation and Breath work are integral to the practice. I have attached a fly-er with further details. Please feel free to contact me with any further question or concerns. Drop-Ins are welcomed.
