My new employee and her husband are relocating from Atlanta and looking to rent in highland park or morningside. They like to garden or at least have a yard and they have a cat as well. Ideally looking for a house or duplex with 1000+ sq ft and a good kitchen as the husband is a chef. Their budget is 1000 a month. They can start a lease on August 1st.
