Know anyone looking for a room to rent in Shadyside?
There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the apartment. Rent includes all utilities along with basic cable and wifi. Flexible lease options- my last roommates were just here for a semester at Chatham and med school at Pitt.
Super convenient location close to CMU & Pitt and right on a main bus line. I work full time, so I'm looking for someone clean and considerate who has a similar or compatible kind of routine- grad students have been a good fit. Please email me for more pictures and any questions.
