Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear a proposal for variances for a property in Highland Park on Thursday, December 6, 2012:
· 1 Wild Place – Existing communication tower replacement with 35 ft high communication tower (one special exception and three variances in P district)
See attached document titled "AT&T zoo cell tower" for depiction of location and comparison of current and proposed cell tower and accessories. The second attachment details the requested variances and hearing details.
The Zoning Board of Adjustments meets on the 1st floor of 200 Ross Street, Pgh, PA 15219.
