Dear Neighbors,

I seriously suggest that anyone missing a bike cruise down the 800 and 900 blocks of Mellon and N. St. Clair Streets on occasion. That is where Liz Buchanan's bike was found recently, as well as a few others (that I know of) over the past couple years.

It's just the facts of our neighborhood.
