I'm wondering if anyone else has seen them in Highland Park. I have seen 2 in the past 3 weeks. One was running in the park near the pool and the other was running a couple of nights ago on East Liberty Blvd. I am certain that they were not dogs. In 15 years of living in Highland Park, I have never seen them before.
