My husband and I (+ 2 kids) are looking to purchase a home in HP. We have been scouring the MLS lisitng and unfortunately have come up empty-handed. We are looking for something no smaller than 2500 square feet...4 plus bedrooms. We have a budget and thus are looking probably more for a fixer upper. We love old victorians and want something with a little bit of a yard. If you know of anyone looking to sell anytime in the near-sih future, will you please pass along my email. We have sold our current home and thus will go to a rental if we don't find exactly what we are looking for.
