- drove by the pond this evening (Thurs., 6/7) and it looks terrible! Plastic bags and other trash floating in it and tons of algae.....who (persons/dept) is to maintain this area? More trash cans are needed in this area - I have called the '311' number numerous times last year and nothing happened....maybe someone else has more power to get something done in this area.

- also, at the bottom of One Wild Place where you make a right to head towards the HP Bridge or Allegheny Blvd., there is a PAT bus stop there and the area is always full of litter. Is this area the responsibility of PAT, the Zoo or who?? Anyway, a trash can or two are needed there as well (that's just my opinion).

If there is anyone with 'the power' to get things done better than calling 311 - please HELP!
