E² dinner?

Yes! You heard right! Finally...our E² location will be opening for dinner, October 1st, 2010 with a very special sneak peak into dinner this weekend that will feature jazz artist, Sean Jones and members from the Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra!

Chef Kate is letting you take a sneak peak into our new dinner menu this weekend, Fri., Sept. 17th and Sat., Sept. 18th from 6pm until 10pm, as we are launch a small dinner opening weekend.

Our E² location will be opening for dinner three days a week, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting Friday, October 1st! The dinners will consist of small seasonal plates focused around the idea of local foods and sharing.

Pittsburgh jazz trumpeter, Sean Jones and members of the Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra will help us open to the beginning of the 2010-2011 Pittsburgh Jazz Orchestra season and to our new season of dinners this Friday, Sept.17th from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

After this weekend our dinner hours will be 6:00pm - 10:00pm - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of each week, starting Friday, October 1st, 2010, with a special sneak peak this weekend. We will take reservations after this weekend for parties of 6 or more people and yes, we are BYOB! (small corkage fee)

A very special First Friday dinner in the Strip featuring a very special guest...

Our First Friday Dinner, October 1st, 2010 will feature a very special guest, Robin Swoboda from Fox 8 in Cleveland. Robin is leaving Cleveland to come to the 'Burgh to check out the Strip District and to cover the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. da Cleveland Browns game!

Now, being true Pittsburgh fans we want to show off The Enrico Biscotti Company and the Pittsburgh Strip District a bit. So, come join us in full force to show your Enrico Biscotti, Pittsburgh Steeler, and Strip District spirit!

Enrico just released a new set of classes!

Enrico just launched his new classes for the fall! They include his soon to be famous Cookie Class and Our favorite Brick Oven Pizza Class.

The cookie class is just as sweet as it sounds. Come and join Enrico as he teaches you some of the secrets that The Enrico Biscotti Company was built upon. (Yes, we are giving away some of our secrets...shhh...don't tell!) We are making our espresso cookies, our famous pecan tea cookies, pasta frolla, and a holiday favorite brutti ma bouni (ugly but good cookies.)

We will have dinner...wine...& then bake!!!

The Brick Oven Pizza Class - Make pizza just like in Napoli, Italy.

Come hungry and eager to play with fire, as we teach you how to make a pizza like the big boys in Naples. Enrico will teach you the ancient art of the pizzaiolo or pizza maker, who dedicates their life to produce the most favorite Italian dish.

The cookie classes and pizza class are $65 per person and do require reservations. Dinner and wine are included with the fee but always feel free to bring your own bottle - Enrico likes that!
