[Highland Park] Attic insulation info

Hello everyone, I know this was a recently asked question, but I would appreciate if you can share your recommendations again. My husband and I want to insulate our attic with the blown in insulation. We are also interested in finding out about insulating in the walls with the foam injection insulation we have been told about. Can you make any suggestions for a company who does this?
