C'mon folks we are treading in shallow water. First of all, since we are all judgmental, the word "nuisance" needs to have a criteria attached with it -- otherwise it is a recipe for profiling -- racial or otherwise.
Selling liquor to minors is illegal. I don't know if the bar in question did or did not do this. In fact, I'm not even sure where the bar is located. Declaring a bar a "nuisance bar" is an action taken by the State Liquor Control Board, and it does have criteria attached to it. But I would hate to discourage individuals from airing their grievances through the institutions that are set up exactly for that purpose.
