My neighbor has been building a garage and has been spending a great deal of time in his back yard, which butts Beatty Way. Yesterday he noticed a tall, thin brunette walking a mixed breed brown dog stop behind the new garage. It looked like she was taking photos of the inside of the garage with her camera phone. He let it go at first since she did not look dangerous, but it did seem like she was scoping the place out. He became alarmed when she returned on the back of a motorcycle with a man and they drove past the garage a few times. He called 911, but there was nothing the police could do since they did not actually do anything.

I told him I would email the neighborhood list and ask if anyone else has seen anything similar and to give everyone a heads-up that some folks might be looking for trouble.
