Looking for an Engineer or Architect

Good morning, As many people might be aware, the HPCC is in the process of replacing the "Welcome to Highland Park" sign that used to sit at the corner of Stanton and Highland Avenue. As part of this process, we need an engineer or architect to review and stamp some documents. I'm wondering if there is anyone in the neighborhood who can help out pro bono? We have gone to some expense getting the sign replaced and this is the last step in terms of permits before we can have the sign installed.
