I am looking for volunteers to help out with the setup and tear down of the festival this year.  The festival takes place on Sunday, June 4th from Noon to 5 pm.  We are having the tables and chairs dropped off Sunday morning, and then picked up again Sunday evening.

I will need some help with setting up the tables and chairs, starting around 9 am.  And then taking them down shortly after 5 pm.  We usually have to pick up and move the tables and chairs from where they are dropped off in a pile, so some of this can require strength.  But I will also need someone to put labels on the tables so that when folks show up they can find where to set up.  That would require the ability to work with paper and not get paper cuts, and to manage a tape dispenser.

Also, since we block off the streets, and we have people coming to set up to sell arts/crafts and food, I need someone to stand at two barricades to let vehicles in and out.  That would be from about 10:45 to Noon.  When the folks come to set up, they will come on N Euclid.  We will have barricades at the alleys behind Bryant Street, and will need someone to move the barricade to let a vehicle in, and then the same to let them out.

If you have 30-60 minutes to help out next Sunday morning, let me know.  You can also just show up and offer to help, as no one will be turned away.  And I can offer you a cold water or pop for helping.

Thanks

Bob
