We recently used American Restoration Services in conjunction with our neighbor and were completely dissatisfied for the following reasons:

They did not do what they said they would do

Their idea of cleaning up was washing the debris down the drain and clogging the drain.

They turn the hose on then leave for the day without turning it off.

The work was sloppily done.

They did not communicate about when they were coming

Their website looks great.  It appears they’ve done a lot of work around the city but I would never use them again. 

I’m just putting this out there in the event you are considering them to do a job.
