In this particular cooking class we will be working primarily with yeast
and cream cheese doughs plus a biscotti.

- Moroccan flatbread
- beef kebabs with yogurt sauce
- mini B'stillas (sweet chicken and nut pie in phyllo dough)
- green olive, grapefruit & pomegranate salad
- tagine (stew) of lamb with root vegetables, prunes & almonds
- lemon couscous with pine nuts and golden raisins
- fig & kahlua crepes topped with ice cream
- Moroccan mint tea and Moroccan coffee
