Hello all,

I am looking to get quotes for property insurance for one 4-unit rental building located in Squirrel Hill. We currently have a Dwelling and Fire policy, not even sure if that is sufficient, but would like to find better coverage that is reasonably priced. We have owned the building for over 30 years and never had a claim.

Does anyone own a similar kind of property and can you provide me with the information on your insurer to contact-- or does anyone know of an agency that they would recommend to speak to for this kind of coverage?
