We are looking for:

·      3+ bedrooms

·      July or August move-in

·      Washer and dryer (or hook-ups)

·      Good natural light

·      A yard and/or porch

We would also love some (or all) of the following, but they are not required:

·      1.5 – 2 bathrooms

·      A large or open kitchen

·      Energy efficient windows, insulation, appliances

·      Low sound from neighbors and street

We would like to view apartments and sign a lease by the end of the weekend if possible, so please let us know ASAP if you have an apartment that meets these criteria.
